prof_pic I am a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science in the DataLab group at the University of California, Irvine, advised by Dr. Padhraic Smyth. I am broadly interested in human–AI interaction and statistical methods for evaluating the reliability and uncertainty of AI-generated outputs, with applications to reasoning, learning, and information interpretation in behavioral and educational settings. I’m a member of the HPI Research Center in Machine Learning and Data Science at UCI.

Prior to joining UC Irvine, I earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Psychology from UC Davis. I was a research assistant with Dr. Jeffrey Schank and with Dr. Huaijun Zhou.
